Brief:
Develop a thank you mailing to permanent tsb mortgage
customers with the objective of improving customer
retention, while encouraging a member get member
scheme through reward. It also needed to create
cross-sell opportunities.
We chose a 3-D mailing to create maximum impact
and encourage interaction through touch and smell.
It probed customers to ‘wake up and smell
the coffee’ in effect, while conveying the
single minded message instantly - send a friend
our way and we’ll not only send you a coffee
maker, but we’ll also send your friend one
too. The letter and brochure reinforced this message
while cross-selling additional services such as
a Free Financial Review.
